Applicant Requirements

AH Enterprises does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, natural origins, ancestry, sex, religion, age, or disability.  AH Enterprises endeavors to provide training only to honest, responsible citizens who otherwise are not restricted from owning or using firearms for lawful purposes.  Therefore you must:

• Be a citizen of the United States or legal resident.

• Be 25 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian.

• Not be a fugitive from justice.

• Not be convicted of a felony.

• Not currently under indictment for a felony criminal offense in any jurisdiction.

• Not be prohibited by federal law or the law of any other jurisdiction from purchasing or possessing a firearm.

• Not have been adjudicated incompetent or committed to a mental institution.

• Not be an unlawful user, or addicted to any controlled substances and/or alcohol.

• Not received a conditional discharge, deferment, or been convicted, pled guilty, or entered a plea of nolo contender to a misdemeanor offense involving a crime of violence.

• Not have been convicted of a misdemeanor offense of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs within the past 5 years.
